By registering to become a member, you are agreeing to the Tendwell Direct Health Care Program Membership Agreement.
Your membership fees cover 100% of the cost of Tendwell clinical visits, health coaching, and many other benefits. Many members get up to 70% of their membership reimbursed as out-of-network care from their insurance companies. You can also use FSA/HSA dollars to pay for clinical fees, tests, and supplements.
